Exercises
The exercise library
Hundreds of exercises with video demos and instructions.
The Exercises tab is the library: hundreds of exercises, each with a video demo, written instructions, and its own stats. It is also the picker you meet whenever you add exercises to a workout or routine.
Finding things
- Search by name, fuzzy enough to forgive spelling. Gym shorthand works too: “db press”, “ohp”, and “rdl” all land, and typing a muscle or equipment word (“dumbbell chest”) narrows the list.
- Filter by one muscle group and one equipment type with the Muscles and Equipment chips.
- Sort by Default, Last Performed, or Most Frequent while browsing. In search, exercises you actually train float up on their own.
Learning a movement
Every library exercise carries a demo video at the top of its detail screen (tap to play) and a How To tab with step-by-step instructions. Two minutes before trying something new is cheap insurance.
Not sure what a muscle even is? The Muscles filter opens Explore the body: a rotating model you can tap around, with each muscle funneling straight back into the filtered library.
When it is not in the library
Search until the list comes up empty and it offers Create ”…” right there; the add button in the corner works at any time. See Custom exercises.
