Strength Score

One number for where you stand, and how to move it.

Strength Score is one number, 0 to 1000, for where your whole-body strength stands right now. It headlines Progress → Training and moves when the bar moves: a little triangle tells you what it did this month, with a band name next to it once your sex is set.

Where it comes from

The score is built from your best eligible set for each lift in the last 180 days, relative to your bodyweight, across five movement patterns: squat, hinge, press, overhead press, and pull. Weighted sets of 1 to 12 reps on the built-in exercises count (dumbbell lifts score per dumbbell; weighted pull-ups and dips add your bodyweight). Log a heavier top set and the pattern’s subscore climbs; the headline number follows. Deloads and light days cannot lower it, because only your best recent result represents each lift.

Setting your sex in Profile calibrates the reference standards and unlocks your band: Foundation, Solid, Strong, or Exceptional. A pattern score of 500 is a calibrated reference point, not a pass mark. Logging a bodyweight in Measurements keeps the math honest.

Unlocking it

The score turns on once you have three qualifying sessions in each of three movement patterns, enough signal to be honest. The locked card shows exactly how close you are.

It measures now, not forever

The score reflects your last 180 days. An old best eventually ages out of the window, and a pattern you stop training pauses out of the average until you feed it three recent sessions, so the number can drift down without you getting weaker. It is a picture of current strength, not a trophy case.
