Profile and training notes
Your goal, your level, and the notes your insights read.
Your profile is the context everything else reads: Display Name, Main Goal, Experience Level, Weekly Target, and optionally your Sex, which calibrates Strength Score standards and reveals your strength band.
Training notes: the underrated one
Two free-text fields your insights actually read:
- Injuries & Limitations: hard rules. “No overhead pressing” is treated as law, not preference.
- Preferences & Constraints: soft steering. “Short on time on weekdays”, “hate lunges”, “garage gym, no cables”.
Every graded report, target, and generated routine is written with these in view, so keeping them current is the highest-leverage minute you can spend in Settings. Each field caps at 600 characters and saves as you type, with an “Updated” line so a stale note shows its age.
