Routines and programs
Programs
Folders for your routines, with an UP NEXT badge.
Programs are like folders for your routines. Push day, pull day, and leg day belong together; a program is how they live together, separate from the one-off routines around them.
Set one up
- Open a routine row’s menu and tap Move to Program… Your first program gets created right there: type a name, tap Create, and the routine is in it.
- Move the rest of its routines in the same way.
- With the program’s chip selected, use Reorder Routines to put them in the sequence you actually run.
Living with one
- Filter chips at the top of the Train tab switch between All, your programs, and Unassigned, so leg day is never buried under someone else’s push day. The chips row’s … menu holds Manage Programs for renaming and deleting.
- With a program selected, the routine you are most due for wears an UP NEXT badge, computed within the program, so the answer to “what am I doing today?” is already on screen.
- Rows show when you last completed them, or “Not done yet” while a routine is still untouched.
Share the whole thing
A program travels as one link: Share Program sends every routine in it at once.
