Routines and programs
Share routines and programs
Send a link. They tap it, save it, and train.
A routine you love is worth sending. Sharing produces a plain link; whoever taps it sees the routine and saves it into their own Trainlike with one tap.
Share one
- Open the routine row’s menu and tap Share Routine. For a whole program, use Share Program from the program chips row’s … menu on the Train tab.
- Trainlike creates a trainlikeapp.com link. Send it anywhere: text, group chat, wherever your lifting friends live.
Receiving one
Tapping a shared routine link opens a preview, marked with who shared it, showing every exercise before anything is saved (a program link previews its routines). Save Routine or Save Program copies it onto the Train tab. It is a copy: edits on either side stay on that side.
Your numbers stay yours
Sets, reps, rep ranges, set types, rest timers, and supersets travel with the link. Your weights deliberately do not: loads are personal, and the recipient’s own prefill fills them in. The link itself is a snapshot: edits after sharing do not update it.
Sharing a finished workout instead?
That is the share studio’s job: post the workout itself as a report card image from the finish screen.
