Logging workouts
Focus Mode
One set at a time, with less on screen.
Focus Mode is the workout with everything else stripped away: one exercise per page, one set front and center, in type big enough to read from the bench. Log it, rest, next.
Turn it on
In a live workout, tap the Focus Mode button in the toolbar, right next to Finish. The same button flips you back to the full list any time, mid-workout, without losing anything. Trainlike remembers which view you prefer.
How it flows
- The current set shows as a big card with weight and reps, steppers for quick nudges, and one button to complete it.
- Completing a set rolls straight into a rest countdown with what is next queued under it, then advances on its own, supersets included.
- A strip of exercise chips along the bottom is your map: tap any chip to jump (or just swipe between exercises), and add an exercise from the end of it. Your sets for the current exercise sit as pills along the top.
Depth stays a tap away
Focus Mode trims, it never deletes. Adding a set, undoing a completion, logging effort, and the plate calculator are all still on the card. Set types, notes, reordering, and replacing exercises live in the list view; flip back when you need them, flip forward when you are done.
Who it is for
Great on day one when the full list feels like a lot, and just as good years in when you want zero friction between sets.
