Charts
Build the progress dashboard you actually want.
The Charts view on the Progress tab starts with one card, workouts against your weekly target, and a dashed Add a chart card under it. You build the rest: pick the lifts and measures you actually care about, and nothing else takes up screen.
Add a chart
- Open Progress → Charts and tap add.
- Pick a chart type from the searchable list and, where it applies, the exercise or measurement to track.
- On the finished card, set its timeframe: 3M, 1Y, or All. Each chart keeps its own.
The chart types
- General: Workouts vs Target and Total Volume, your whole training in two lines.
- Exercise-based: Estimated 1RM Progress, PR Progression (1RM), Max Weight Progress, Exercise Total Volume, Best Set Volume, Total Reps for bodyweight work, and distance and duration bests for conditioning. Each tracks one lift of your choosing.
- Body Measurements: any measurement you log, weight included, as its own line.
Remove a chart any time; the data underneath is untouched. Every exercise detail page also carries its own chart, no setup needed, with a Pin button that drops the exact chart you are looking at onto this dashboard.
