Progress and records
History
Every workout you have logged. Edit, repeat, or sync it.
Every finished workout lives in History, grouped by month, each row carrying its duration, volume, and exercises. The way in is the Training History heatmap on Progress → Training: your past year as a grid, one cell per day.
What you can do with one
Each history row has a … menu:
- Edit Workout: fix a typo’d weight or a missed set. Records recalculate to match. If the workout had been graded, its insights are marked as generated before the edit.
- Adjust Start / End Time: for the days you forgot to stop the clock.
- Do This Workout Again: start a new workout with the same exercises and set structure, with prefill supplying today’s numbers.
- Delete Workout, when it should never have counted.
Open the workout itself for the set-by-set breakdown, totals, and any records it set, plus View Insights (the workout’s graded report, or the option to generate one), a share button for the day’s report card, and Sync to Apple Health when the workout is not in Health yet.
Streaks are weeks, not days
The streak counts consecutive weeks that hit your weekly workout target (three per week unless you change it in Profile). A rest day never breaks it; a week under target does.
