Settings and data
Account and sign-in
Sign in with Apple, what it unlocks, and restoring purchases.
Trainlike uses Sign in with Apple, and only that. You sign in once, during setup: no password to create, no email list to land on, and you can hide your email if you want.
What the account is for
Your workout log never touches our servers: it lives on your device and syncs through your personal iCloud. The account exists for the server-side features, Workout Insights and its siblings, and for keeping your Pro subscription and free-use counts attached to you rather than to a phone.
New phone
- Install Trainlike and sign in with the same Apple ID.
- Your history arrives through iCloud; same workouts, same records, same routines and custom exercises.
- If Pro does not light up on its own, Settings → Restore Purchases.
Two exceptions
Check-in photos stay on the old device on purpose; they never sync. Saved insight reports are also stored on the device that generated them, so a new phone starts with a clean insights shelf while your workouts and records arrive in full.
Sign out any time from Settings → Account. Your local training data stays put; you will meet the sign-in screen again when you come back.
