Logging workouts
Change a workout in progress
Add, replace, reorder, and tune exercises mid-workout.
The plan meets the gym, and the gym wins: a machine is taken, a shoulder complains, you have twenty minutes less than you thought. Everything about a live workout stays editable without losing what you already logged.
Exercises
- Add: the add button opens the library; select several and confirm with one tap.
- Replace: the … menu swaps an exercise for another without touching the rest of the workout.
- Remove: same menu, gone.
- Reorder: press and hold an exercise’s header, then drag it where it belongs.
Per-exercise dials
The … menu also tunes a single lift:
- Rep Scheme and Rep Range: Straight Sets, Pyramid, or Reverse Pyramid, and the range the lift progresses in. Both show up on weighted lifts when prefill runs in Progression mode, and targets follow the scheme you run.
- Warm-up Rest Timer for that exercise alone. (The working Rest Timer is even closer: it is the row at the top of the exercise’s card.)
- Weight Unit: log one exercise in kilograms while the app stays in pounds, or the reverse.
Sets and the small stuff
Add sets as you go, delete ones you will not do, change the workout’s title, and drop notes anywhere. If the workout ends up nothing like the routine that started it, the finish screen offers to update the routine with what you actually did.
