    Stand on the middle of a resistance band with your feet close together.

  2. 02

    Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back and take a handle in each hand.

  3. 03

    Let your arms hang down with a slight bend in your elbows.

  4. 04

    Raise both arms out to the sides until they are level with your shoulders.

  5. 05

    Squeeze your shoulder blades, then lower slowly against the band.
