Set an incline bench and lie chest-down with a dumbbell in each hand.

Let your arms hang straight with your shoulders relaxed.

Row both dumbbells to your ribs, driving your elbows back.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top.

Lower slowly to a full stretch, the bench keeps momentum out of it.
