Set a bench to about a 45 degree incline and lie face down with your chest on it.

Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing each other.

Let your arms hang straight down below your shoulders.

Pull both dumbbells up toward your hips, keeping your elbows close to your body.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then lower slowly to a full stretch.
