How to do it
T-Bar Bent Over Row, step by step

Load plates onto one end of a barbell and wedge the other end into a corner or landmine holder.

Stand over the bar and grip it just behind the plates with both hands.

Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back and your knees slightly bent.

Pull the bar up toward your stomach, leading with your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades.

Lower the bar slowly until your arms are straight, keeping your back flat throughout.
