How to do it
Bench Supported Row (Kettlebell), step by step

Place one hand on a flat bench for support and hold a kettlebell in the other.

Step your feet back, hinge at the hips, and flatten your back.

Row the bell to your ribs, driving your elbow toward the ceiling.

Lower it slowly to a full stretch without dropping your shoulder.
- 05
Finish the set, then switch sides.
