How to do it

Renegade Row (Kettlebell), step by step

  1. 01

Set two kettlebells shoulder-width apart and take a push-up position gripping the handles.

  2. 02

Set your feet wide for balance and brace your core so your hips stay square to the floor.

  3. 03

Row one bell to your ribs, driving your elbow back while pressing hard into the other bell.

  4. 04

Lower it under control and row the other side, no twisting or rocking through the hips.

  5. 05

Keep alternating sides, counting each row as one rep.
