How to do it
One Arm Row (Kettlebell), step by step

Place a kettlebell on the floor and take a staggered stance beside it.

Hinge at your hips, brace your free hand on your thigh, and grip the handle.

Row the bell to your ribs, driving your elbow back and up.

Lower it under control without rotating your torso.
- 05
Complete your reps, then switch sides.
