How to do it
Bent Over Row (Band), step by step

Stand on the middle of a resistance band with your feet hip width apart.

Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back and hold a handle in each hand.

Let your arms hang straight down with the band under tension.
- 04
Pull the handles up toward your waist, leading with your elbows.
- 05
Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then lower slowly against the band.
