How to do it

Sit on the end of a bench with a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.

Bend your elbows to about 90 degrees and hold that angle.

Raise both elbows out to the sides until they reach shoulder height.

Lead with your elbows and keep your wrists in line with them.

Lower slowly back to your sides, the bent arms make this harder than it looks.
